Shipping
Each item ships directly from the brand that makes or stocks it. If your order has items from more than one brand, they arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you see the full cost before you pay. You get tracking for each package by email when it ships.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of the date your order ships, unused and in the original packaging. Boots must be unworn outside. First aid kits must be unopened unless they arrive damaged. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is wrong, defective or damaged in transit.
To start a return, email winteressentialshome@gmail.com with your order number. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the right return address for that brand.
